Manual update of payments PrestaShop
All payments are automatically processed. However, if there is a situation where the payment has been made and the status of the purchase has not been updated, the administrator can manually update the status of the purchase. To do this, you must access the administration area of the PrestaShop shop, go to ‘Modules’ > ‘Modules and Services’, and click on the option ‘If you want to update payments manually, click here’.
After the previous step you will be redirected to the administrator's order area and the payment status will be automatically updated.
